Getting the prep down for tomorrow's bake. Most of our loaves have a long prove overnight to maximise flavour; they'll be baked in the morning, and be ready on the shelves for 10am.

As a social enterprise we love being able to buy from fellow social enterprises, so are delighted to be able to deck out our team with new t-shirts printed by Printed By Us, who help homeless and vulnerable adults lead more fulfilling lives through the art of hand screen printing.
