We start a new #BakingAndBereavement group today and welcome a group from @lgbtswitchboard. Switchboard is a charity for LGBTQ+ people looking for a sense of community, support or information. They connect people and support them directly through specially developed Switchboard services or link them to other specialist organisations. We're really pleased to be teaming up with them to give people the chance to bake and share experiences.

We're back open with a small selection of breads,

We're back open with a small selection of breads, bagels, buns, and focaccia. Doors have just opened, so head down to the Bakehouse on Stoneham Road for something delicious.

UPDATE: We'll be closed again tomorrow due to the

UPDATE: We'll be closed again tomorrow due to the continuation of the extreme heat and red Met Office warning. The safety and wellbeing of our staff and volunteers continues to be our priority. The high temperatures, added to by the heat from the oven, are not conducive to baking bread.

We'll be back baking on Saturday morning, with a reduced offering, and early closure at midday.
