Our classic cinnamon buns, cardamom buns, and the new vegan cinnamon bun.

Afternoon prep for tomorrow's bake is underway.
Our sourdoughs get a long prove of over 15 hours to maximise flavour.
These loaves will be shaped by the team and then left to prove in the fridges overnight, before being baked in the morning.
