Doors open in a few hours, so get yourself to the Bakehouse for 10am.

Baking happens right in the heart of the Poets' Co

Baking happens right in the heart of the Poets' Corner area of Hove in our small Bakehouse on Stoneham Road. Swing by on an afternoon and you can usually see someone shaping up loaves for their overnight prove. You can of course also buy bread if we have loaves left on the shelves.

How relaxed are you feeling?

Dough, like many of us, likes a period of relaxation before it's asked to do something else. In this case, it's a bench rest between scaling and being shaped and put in the brotform (proving baskets) for the slow rise overnight in the fridges.
