We've got some great bread on the shelves this morning. Lots of it is sourdough, but not all the loaves are. In this Sourdough September month, maybe choose to swap your usual yeasted Tamworth, Wordsworth, or Montgomery, for the sourdough alternative of Suffolk, Stoneham, or Sheridan.

How do you like your bread? Sliced or unsliced?

If you're someone who puts a loaf in the freezer for later in the week, then getting it sliced in advance is really useful. Just let us know you want a loaf sliced, and presuming the bread is cool enough (slicing warm bread is not good for the bread or the slicer), we can slice it for you.
